I'm about making work easier (and less soul-crushing) for all of us, especially young people. I run Workbaby - soft skills for early careers.

I want to make you the person everyone wants to work with, so doors fly open and you have career freedom. I want you to like your job without hating your life.

I want you to work less hard because someone gave you all their shortcuts. I want to be that someone 🙋🏼‍♀️.

A bit about me…

I had no idea what I was doing when I started out. Maybe like you, I had ambition, but also heaps of self-doubt.

After decades of working in, and managing, high-performing teams at Google, YouTube, Myspace & Nylon Magazine, I know what makes some careers take off.

I always knew I didn't love being a marketer, but I loved being a people manager. Coaching and unlocking the potential in my young, Gen Z team.

Over a 15-year career, I've had close to half a million dollars in executive coaching and professional development invested in me. I want to share it with you.
